Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 40 years as on January 1, 2025.
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000.
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any subject, preferably in Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Medicine, Health Management, Social Work, MBA, or Rural Management.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in government or non-government agencies.
Technical Skills: Should be skilled in MS Office. Evidence of computer training (DCA, PGDCA, etc.) is preferable.
Language Proficiency: Should be able to read and write in English and Odia and also translate between both languages.
Selection Process:
Career Assessment: 40% weightage
Relevant Experience: 30% weightage
Personal Interview: 30% weightage
